<h3><strong>How you’ll make an impact:</strong></h3>
<p>We are seeking a Senior Manager, Trial Optimization Lead to drive study level initiatives in patient recruitment and retention. This role is vital in ensuring the successful enrollment and engagement of patients and sites in our trials, contributing to the advancement of innovative therapies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to support execution of clinical trials. Candidates must have the ability to think strategically, creatively and proactively to develop ways to optimize Kymera clinical trials.</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement creative and effective fit for purpose patient recruitment strategies to support clinical trial enrollment for Kymera clinical trials. This includes implementation of messaging and content development, and engagement strategies. </li>
<li>Implement and monitor trial recruitment efforts, including material and toolkit development, referral management oversight, regular internal reporting, and campaign optimizations.</li>
<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment and retention initiatives, using data analysis to refine strategies and improve outcomes.</li>
<li>Develop slide decks and templates related to patient recruitment and retention and site engagement, including SIV/IMs, site webinars, trial KOMs, and internal presentations.</li>
<li>Manage the implementation of site and patient portals to streamline communication, enhance patient engagement, and simplify the recruitment process.</li>
<li>Manage the development, internal review process, ethics submissions, and distribution of recruitment and retention materials assigned clinical trials.</li>
<li>Collaborate with study sites across Kymera clinical trials to develop tailored support strategies that address local demographics and enhance participant enrollment and engagement.</li>
<li>May also manage and oversee relationships with external recruitment and retention vendors, ensuring the successful implementation of recruitment and retention strategies. This includes the review of vendor SOWs and budgeting.</li>
<li>May attend investigator site engagement visits (in-person / virtual)</li>
<li>May support oversight of patient support initiatives, such as patient payment and travel concierge</li>

<h3><strong>Skills and experience you’ll bring:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</li>
<li>Minimum 6 years of experience in trial optimization related work (such as site engagement and patient recruitment), preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.</li>
<li>Experience in successful clinical trial recruitment and retention in Inflammation and Immunology trials (strongly preferred).</li>
<li>Experience implementing technology solutions with sites in clinical trials (ie: site portals) preferred.</li>
<li>Proven track record in implementing successful patient recruitment strategies and site engagement strategies in global clinical trials.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate, influence and foster strong relationships cross-functionally.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data including both qualitative and quantitative.</li>
<li>Passionate about patient and site engagement in clinical research.</li>
