<h3><strong>How you’ll make an impact:</strong></h3>
<p>Kymera is seeking an IT Business Partner to support the scoping and implementation of Veeva QMS, TMF, and CTMS, as well as other strategic clinical technology initiatives. This role will serve as the primary IT liaison embedded with our Clinical team. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Applications, the ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of clinical and quality business processes combined with hands-on implementation experience of Veeva Vault.</p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary IT liaison across the Development organization, building trusted partnerships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.</li>
<li>Lead business requirements gathering, process mapping, and pre-implementation scoping for Veeva Vault QMS, TMF, and CTMS.</li>
<li>Scope additional Development technology initiatives including Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) and Portfolio Planning.</li>
<li>Partner with the project manager throughout implementations, contributing process expertise across the full project lifecycles.</li>
<li>Translate complex business requirements into fit-for-purpose, validated technology solutions in collaboration with vendors and implementation partners.</li>
<li>Support change management, end-user training, and adoption activities.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Skills and experience you’ll bring:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of IT experience supporting the development organization in biotech or pharma.</li>
<li>Hands-on implementation experience with Veeva Vault QMS, TMF and/or CTMS strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong command of clinical trial processes and standards.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and manage competing priorities effectively.</li>
<li>Experience working independently in fast-moving, biotech environments.</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work 3–5 days on-site.</li>

<ul>
<li>The hourly rate for this role will be $85 - $95/hour.</li>
<li>Actual rate is based on a holistic evaluation of the specific role/level as well as each candidate’s depth of experience and the capabilities they bring to the position.</li>
