Dr. Baker has served as our Lead Independent Director and on our board of directors since March 2024. Dr. Baker is a Managing Member of Baker Brothers Investments which Dr. Baker founded, together with his brother Julian Baker, in 2000. Dr. Baker holds a B.S. and a Ph.D. in Immunology from Stanford University, where he also completed two years of medical school. He serves on the boards of Bicycle Therapeutics PLC, Kodiak Sciences, Inc., Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, Ltd., and IGM Biosciences, Inc.
